1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the v0777 website at https://v0777.cam, including all sub-pages, tools, services, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is of eligible age and jurisdiction to use the services offered.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits or promotional funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion or loyalty reward.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action initiated by a Player using real-money Balance or Bonus Credits on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform's services is restricted or forbidden under these Terms.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for draw schedules, support hours, and all time-based calculations on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the services offered by v0777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of v0777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily by v0777.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on v0777, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. Providing inaccurate registration details is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• v0777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driving license) and proof of address issued within the past three months.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by v0777 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
• You must notify v0777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• v0777 will never request your password via live chat, email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. v0777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• v0777 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

v0777 supports a range of local Indonesian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will result in Account suspension and a full investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. v0777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or intermediary banking systems.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed in accordance with the Platform's published processing schedule. Unverified Accounts may experience delays until KYC is complete.
• v0777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which v0777 accepts no responsibility.
• v0777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

v0777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. v0777 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Unused Bonus Credits will expire and be removed from your Account at the end of this period.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place wagers that carry low risk for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both outcomes of the same event). v0777 reserves the right to void such wagers and cancel associated bonuses.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• v0777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will be notified directly.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in Account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on v0777. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. v0777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, system malfunction, or data feed failure — v0777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• v0777 offers sports betting markets including, but not limited to, BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Markets may be withdrawn or suspended at any time prior to settlement.
• Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws for SGP, HK, SDY, and other markets are conducted according to the published WIB draw schedule. Results are sourced from official and independently verified providers.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid out. Any void leg within a mix parlay reduces the accumulator by that selection, using the remaining legs to calculate the payout.
• Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game-show titles provided by Evolution Gaming — are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface at the time of play.
• The outcome of all random number generator (RNG) games is determined by certified, independently audited software. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness absent a verifiable technical malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v0777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or data feed discrepancies for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar anonymizing technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward v0777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the v0777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of v0777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of v0777.
• Game titles, studio logos, and related assets (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under license by v0777.
• Any unauthorized use of v0777's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may be subject to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by v0777 is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. v0777 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected during the KYC process is used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

11 Responsible Gaming

v0777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time-Out: Pause your Account for a defined cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Check Alerts: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of elapsed time and activity.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v0777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or service interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Losses attributable to prohibited or fraudulent conduct by third parties.

v0777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

v0777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Discovery that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Instruction from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure for any reason, v0777 will return the real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits) held in the Account to the Player's verified payment method, subject to any outstanding investigation requirements under AML or fraud prevention obligations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting v0777 support. Voluntary Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements on withdrawn promotional funds.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally.

v0777 is licensed and regulated internationally. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own volition and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction. v0777 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in every jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through v0777's internal complaints procedure may be referred to independent arbitration. Details of the arbitration process are available upon request from v0777 support.

15 Amendments

v0777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, v0777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange Account closure.

The current version of these Terms, along with the effective date, will always be published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
